EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Exchanges & Return Policy
At RIPPER®, we maintain strict quality control standards. Due to the premium and made-to-order nature of our products:
• We do not offer refunds.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exchanges are only allowed under the following conditions:

Size Issue (incorrect size delivered)

Manufacturing Defect

Major Damage during transit
What qualifies as valid damage:
• Visible tears or fabric damage
• Stitching defects that affect wearability
• Incorrect product delivered
• Permanent stains or print damage
What does NOT qualify:
• Minor thread variations
• Slight color differences due to lighting
• Fit dissatisfaction if correct size was delivered
• Damage caused after delivery
Exchange Process:

Customer must email ripperstore.co.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear unboxing video proof is mandatory.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customer must courier the product back to our office address:

Once we receive and verify the product condition, we will dispatch the approved exchange within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges for sending the product back must be borne by the customer.
RIPPER® reserves the right to deny exchange if the product fails quality inspection.
